These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Prins Car Rental. By making a reservation you agree to these terms.

Driver requirements

The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's licence held for a minimum period as required by our insurance.

Insurance & liability

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included. The renter remains responsible for the agreed excess/deductible and for damage caused by negligence or breach of these terms.

Fuel policy

Vehicles are supplied with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level, or refuelling charges apply.

Reservations & payment

There are no upfront booking fees; payment is taken on arrival. A valid credit card and security deposit may be required at pickup.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dutch Caribbean (Curaçao / Bonaire).
